1. What can I expect during a personal training session at Flex?
At Flex, you’ll experience a supportive, personalized training session tailored to your goals and fitness level—whether you're just starting out or looking to level up your workouts. I create a welcoming and motivating environment where you’ll feel confident to challenge yourself. Each session is designed to improve your strength, mobility, endurance, and overall well-being. Whether you prefer one-on-one coaching or a guided online program, you’ll get the support and direction you need to succeed.

2. Where is Flex located?
Flex is a home-based personal training studio located in Lantzville, BC. You'll be welcomed into a private training space designed to offer a calm, focused, and comfortable atmosphere for your workouts.

3. Is parking available?
Yes! Free parking is available right in the driveway. Once you park, the entrance to the private training space is directly to the left—easy and convenient, with no long walks or busy lots.

4. Do you have a washroom?
Yes, there’s a washroom available for your convenience.

5. Do you have a shower?
No, Flex does not currently have a shower. The space is focused on personal training sessions only.

6. What should I bring to my session?
Please bring comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle to stay hydrated, and clean indoor shoes for studio sessions. If you prefer to train in socks, that’s totally fine! For outdoor sessions, wear outdoor runners suitable for the terrain. I provide all the equipment you’ll need, but you're welcome to bring your own gear if you’d like.

7. What if I can’t make my booked session?
If you know in advance that you’ll need to cancel, please give at least 24 hours' notice to rebook at no charge. If something unexpected comes up, a $20 rescheduling fee will apply. Please note that no-shows are not permitted, and refunds are not available.

8. Do you offer virtual personal training?
Yes! I offer virtual personal training sessions, so you can train from the comfort of your home. Whether you want live one-on-one coaching or a custom online program, I’m here to support you remotely with the same level of care and personalization.

9. Do I need prior fitness experience?
Not at all! Whether you're brand new to fitness or have experience, I’ll meet you where you’re at. Every session is tailored to your needs and designed to help you build strength, confidence, and skill at your own pace.

10. What are your training hours?
Training hours are flexible! I do my best to accommodate your schedule. Reach out directly to ask about current availability, and we’ll find a time that works for you.

11. Do you offer nutrition guidance?
While I don’t offer formal nutrition programs, I believe in the importance of fueling your body well. I encourage balanced, sustainable eating habits that support your training. If you’re looking for specific guidance or resources, I’d be happy to point you in the right direction.

12. Is Flex a gym or a private studio?
Flex is a private, home-based training space that offers a more personal and focused experience than a typical gym. My goal is to create an environment where you feel supported, encouraged, and empowered to reach your fitness goals.

13. Why did you name it Flex?
The name “Flex” reflects my vision of a space that’s flexible and adaptable—designed to meet people where they’re at. Whether it’s your fitness level, lifestyle, or schedule, Flex is all about offering variety, personal attention, and options that work for you. It’s more than a name—it’s a mindset.
