This session is designed to meet you exactly where you're at and help you continue living your best life. As we age, it’s natural to lose muscle mass, and with that comes a higher risk of injuries and reduced mobility. But it doesn’t have to be that way.

Active Aging at Flex Studio focuses on maintaining strength, flexibility, and joint health so you can move with confidence and ease. Whether you're new to fitness or dealing with past injuries, joint pain, or other limitations, this session is built specifically for individuals aged 50 and older. I’ll work with you every step of the way to create a plan that supports your goals and helps you feel strong in your body. With guided movement, functional strength training, and a personalized approach, you’ll learn how to keep your muscles strong, your joints flexible, and your body mobile—no matter your starting point.
