Whether you’re planning something big or keeping it small and personal, I’m here for it. From work teams and family reunions to birthday gatherings or just a group of friends who want to move together—this session is all about you.

If you have a space, I’ll come to you. If you need one, I’ve got you covered. We can design your session together based on your group’s vibe, goals, and energy—or you can hand over the reins and just show up. Whatever your style, I’ve got you.

Here’s how it works:

• What you’re looking for
• Preferred date and time
• Number of participants
• Any vision or requests for your session

I’ll get back to you with a personalized quote. If it sounds good, you’ll make a non-refundable deposit to lock in your date, and I’ll get to work creating your one-of-a-kind session.

Please note: Your date is not secured until the deposit is received. Without a deposit, the date may become unavailable—so please keep that in mind when booking.

Pricing Transparency

I don’t post set prices for these sessions because every experience is unique. Location, equipment needs, date, and group size all factor into the final cost. I value the work and care I put into these events, and price accordingly. If it’s not the right fit, that’s completely okay—I know I’m not for everyone, and I’m totally okay with that.

Things to Keep in Mind

Weather

If your booked session ends up falling on a rainy day—don’t get down, look up. We live on the West Coast and we’re definitely not made of sugar. Sometimes, embracing the elements is part of the experience. We’ll make the absolute best of whatever Mother Nature gives us.

What if the date no longer works?

Life happens. If something comes up and your original date no longer works for you and your group, please let me know as soon as possible. I’ll do everything I can to find a new date that works for both of us.

However, please understand that your non-refundable deposit was made for your original date. If we can’t find a time that works for both of us, the deposit will still stand as non-refundable. I will always try my best, but sometimes things are simply out of our control.
